What is our role?
- Acting as a legal representative for the owner and
renting the accomodation exclusively.
- Promoting the property through travel agents, internet,
tourist offices etc. and seeking out prospective tenants.
- Managing and renting the property according to previously
approved written conditions.
- Informing the owner by post when a holiday rental
is confirmed.
- Collecting all money owed by the tenant (including
collecting and retaining a refundable deposit in case
of damage).
- Recommending reliable companies if renovation work
should be needed
How long will our agreement last?
Every owner gives us proxy for a period of one year
(from the date of signing).
It is renewable by tacit agreement from year to year.
How
do we receive our fee?
We charge 25% (tax included) on every holiday rental
confirmed by the agency (it is a fixed payment according
to the rules of the profession).
This rate can fluctuate in cases where clients are found
using alternative sources of tenants such as travel
agencies, tourist offices etc...
How do we maintain your property?
We order urgent and essential work according to the
conditions in the rental contract
The accomadation is cleaned between each tenant.
We can organise if necessary and on request:

a thorough cleaning at the beginning of the season

cleaning of all bedlinen

carpet cleaning
