What is our role?

selling the property

How long will our agreement last?
You give us proxy (with or without exclusivity) for
three months from the date of signing. After that it
is renewable by tacit agreement every three months up
to a period of three years (unless you send us a letter
saying that the property is not for sale any more).
How do we receive our fee?
We can be paid either by the notary, the purchaser or
the vendor according to how it is laid down in the "mandat
de vente".
When do you receive the proceeds of the sale?
The day of signing of the final contract at the notary's
office.
